I started my career as a CPA with Ernst & Young, where I spent 5 years, followed by 8 years as Vice President of Commercial Banking with Huntington National Bank. I began my recruiting career by managing the permanent recruiting division for the Columbus office of a national recruiting firm before joining Executive Search Partners in 1998. I have held positions similar to many of those for which I now recruit, which gives me unique insight into matching the right opportunity with the right candidate.

Also, I've helped candidates who might need assistance with resumes, how to approach the job market, work through the interview process, and the offer/acceptance process.
